The request goes to a carco navigator credentialed to the same standard, regardless of what’s moving or who it’s for.
Every move is tracked from pickup to drop-off. Someone is reachable the whole way, and the care team can see where things stand.
Arrival is confirmed, and what happened goes to the care team as a record.

Distance, disability, and a bus that runs twice a day are clinical problems. We treat them that way — for health centers, public health programs, and rural networks.
A tablet nobody set up is a program nobody enrolled in. We deliver the device, retrieve it, and put a credentialed person in the room when one is needed.
